The success of Abby's Health and Nutrition results from our outstanding reputation. Led by the owner Abby Sayler, a well regarded nutrition expert & our highly knowledgeable staff combine dozens of years of experience in the organic and health field. From the biggest variety of supplements to our organic produce section, you are sure to find all you need for your specific lifestyle.

Quality is key here at Abby's, so we are very careful to carry only high quality products. 

Our organic produce section is 100% non-GMO!

Some of the specialty sections of our store include: gluten free, raw, wine, health & beauty and sports nutrition sections.

Finally our fresh, delicious,organic and natural deli includes many vegetarian, gluten free, paleo and raw dishes prepared by our chef and baker daily.


We also have an education center with books to browse and to purchase.

Meet Our Staff
Owner/Nutrition Consultant
Abby Sayler, CNHP -- 

Abby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Maryland, she graduated with honors from the Corcoran School of Art in Washington DC. She has a Masters degree in Medical & Biological Illustration from the University of Michigan. In 1997, she established Abby's Health & Nutrition.

Health Educator / General Manager
Victor, CNHP -- 

Victor was introduced to the health industry in 1997 when he joined Abby's. He helped the company grow from 3 employees to 55  with a dine in café. He loves to assist people in finding their personal path to health through nutrition & supplementation. He graduated John Abbot College with a Business Administration degree, he is a Certified Natural Health Professional & is currently working on his N.D. Degree.

Assistant Store Manager
James-- 

James has been working at Abby's for over 10 years in the vitamin receiving department. He has a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science & a minor in Public Health from the University of South Florida. Go Bulls! He is currently enrolled in Trinity School of Health working towards his Naturopathic Doctorate (ND).


Customer Service Manager
Darlene, CPNHS-- Darlene has been working at Abby's for over 5 years. She has a business degree & homeschooled all four of her children. She is a Certified Professional of Natural Health Sciences.
Produce Manager
Sean -- Sean has been working at Abby's for over 7 years & has over 20 years in the food industry & over 9 years as a produce manager. He has a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications & was a radio personality on our community radio station, WMNF, in the 90's. He is passionate about bringing only the best, unique & organic fruits & vegetables with an emphasis on local to your table.  
Health & Beauty Manager
Andrew-- Andrew has been with Abby's for 5 years. He has over 17 years of experience in natural skincare & more than 23 years of experience in natural grocery. He is 75% raw vegan & strongly believes that eating healthy, exercising & wearing sunscreen will prolong & enhance your life. Beauty comes from within.
Farm Director
David -- David was a title company executive for 39 years & during that career was involved in real estate related businesses. He has served on several boards/committees for charitable non- profit organizations over the past 40 years. He has been married to his wife, Darlene, for over 40 years. He has been a passionate gardener for most of his life & joined Abby's Health and Nutrition in 2014 to develop Abby's Organic Community Farm, Inc.
Cafe Manager
Rey-- Rey is the Café Manager & a Certified Life Coach. He has over 15 years of experience in the food industry with 5 year in preparing healthy foods. He is currently working to become a Certified ServSafe instructor. One of his passions is to help people improve their eating habits through integral nutritional counseling & life coaching.
Marketing & Advertising
Lily -- Lily has over 6 years of experience in event and outdoor marketing. She recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising. Lily has a true passion for supporting small and local businesses while encouraging people to live healthy, balanced lives.
Store Policies / Services
Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange any unopened product within 30 days of receipt.  We cannot refund or exchange food items unless the product causes ill will.  We will exchange or give store credit for any unopened product that is not expired without receipt. We will not refund or exchange any opened or used product without a receipt.  Some exclusions will apply, see store for details.
